This classic, West Coast-style IPA is a trial of pushing the limits of accentuating hop aromas. Using a newly available, experimental hop variety, HBC 990, we dry hopped this beer at a higher level to make this beer pop with hop character. Backed with a nice amount of woody and spice notes, this ale is bursting with bold aromas of tropical and citrus fruit.

For our final experimental IPA of 2024, we collaborated with CWU’s Craft Brewing Program students to brew a West Coast IPA that captures the radiant spirit of innovation. El Dorado and Krush hops create juicy notes of pineapple, ripe stone fruit, and citrus zest. Enhanced by HAAS® Pineapple Daydream Euphorics and El Dorado Spectrum, this brew delivers a vivid tropical burst with layers of resin and pine, with a clean, dry finish.

Together with Doghaus Brewery, we have created a modern take on a West Coast IPA to feature a new experimental hop product from HAAS®. Pomelo Daydream Euphorics is paired with Cascade, Chinook, and Citra hops to bring forth an abundance of citrus aromas. Brewed with Canadian-grown 2-row, American Munich, and Vienna malt to create a pedestal for the hops to shine. This beer is brilliantly clear and golden yet deeply expressive and layered.
