Help support our local Washington Student Cycling League team by eating dinner and drinking some pints at the Cle Elum Taproom!
This event will not only showcase the talents of WSCL’s amazing 8th grade rider, Brooke Tucker, who will take on the role of Head Chef, but will also feature the dedicated Student Leadership Council as the wait staff.
Proceeds go directly to the campus trails at Liberty Bell and Cle Elum-Roslyn High Schools.
Fundraising Dinner
- Adults: $40
- Student (19 and under): $25
We encourage you to purchase your ticket ahead of time, as overall seats are limited, along with walk-up availability.
Dinner Menu:
- 1st Course – Salad
- Locally sourced, blackened butternut squash on a bed of Farm Among Us greens, garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese and pomegranate seeds.
- 2nd Course – Pasta
- Omnivore option: Carrot-infused fettuccine, topped with local mushrooms, brisket, and covered with an herbed cream sauce.
- Vegetarian option: Carrot-infused fettuccine, topped with local mushrooms, roasted vegetables, and covered with an herbed cream sauce.
- 3rd Course – Dessert
- Northwest blackberry crisp, served with vanilla ice cream.
Pint Night
$1 from every pint & mug + $4 from every pitcher sold will be donated to WSCL
