About us

SnoPass_Outside_GuyePeak+Pint

We’ve been making and serving beverages in the mountains since 2014. With two family-friendly taproom locations, our award winning German style beers, housemade sodas and ciders have created a hub for outdoor enthusiasts, beverage lovers, and mountain dwellers. Located in Snoqualmie Pass and Cle Elum WA, we pride ourselves on being Mountain Made and celebrate the moments that bring us all together.

Brewery

CleElum_TR_Outside_2022

Our beverages are made with an American Made 15 BBL brewhouse that we’ve had since opening. In 2021 we relocated our brewing operations from Snoqualmie Pass to Cle Elum which allowed us to expand and double our production output as well as add our own in-house canning operation. Now all of Dru Bru’s beverages are produced at our Cle Elum facility.

Sustainability

Our goal is to be as environmentally friendly as possible, throughout all of our departments. We focus on reducing or eliminating waste in every facet of our operations.

Stay tuned to see how we reduce our environmental impact.

Christie Farms

We work with our local, farmer friends at Christie Farms to help with the process of side streaming. Every day, they pick up leftover brewing materials — spent grain, yeast, and trub (hop debris) — which gets used throughout their 2-acre farm as feed and fertilizer.
This helps us to remove and reuse about 80% of these materials and keep them from going down the drain and overloading our local wastewater.

Wastewater

Our state-of-the-art wastewater system balances the pH of the leftover 20% liquid byproduct from brewing before it enters the local system. This ensures that the liquid leaving the building is chemically balanced neutral and safe upon entering our local waterways.
